Delete your account
Your Listmate account is deleted in the app itself, in three taps. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
Open Profile
In the bar at the bottom of the app, tap Profile.
Tap Delete account
Scroll to the end of the screen. The option is right below Sign out.
Confirm
Tap Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
What happens
We erase your profile and your lists, including the ones you shared, which also disappear for their members. If other people use your lists, let them know first: they can duplicate a list to keep a copy.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play settings, before or after deleting. Some records are kept for the period the law requires; the Privacy Policy explains which.
Don't have the app anymore?
Install Listmate again from the App Store or Google Play, sign in with the same account and follow the steps above.
