How to reach us, report a problem in a list and take care of your account.
Contact us
Questions, or problems with your account, subscription or the app: write to us. We confirm we got it and answer within 5 days.
Report in the app
If someone in a list shared with you did something abusive, illegal or that puts someone at risk, report it in the app: Profile > Help & support > Report. Choose the list, mark the people and tell us what happened.
When you send it, you leave the list. If the list is yours, the reported people leave it instead. The person you report is not told who reported them, and a person on our team reviews every report.
Report by email
If you don't have an account, or want to report something else, write to us with: your name and a way to reach you; what happened and when; the list or the people involved; and whether it involves a child or teenager.
Brazilian law does not accept anonymous reports (ECA Digital, art. 29). Violence or exploitation against children and teenagers comes first and goes to the authorities when the law requires it.

Your account and your data
To delete your account, use the app: Profile > Delete account. To ask for a copy or correction of your data, or if your account was suspended and you disagree (within 30 days), write to us.
