Acceptance
By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Listmate.
App Usage
Listmate is intended for personal and collaborative list management. You agree not to use the app for illegal, abusive purposes, or in ways that harm other users.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Do not share your login credentials.
Your Content
The lists and data you create are yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, when you share a list, invited members will have access to its content.
Subscription & AI
Some features, such as AI, are available only to subscribers. Prices and conditions are shown before purchase. The subscription renews automatically and can be canceled at any time through the app store.
Intellectual Property
Listmate, including its design, code, and brand, belongs to cod3base. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without authorization.
Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep Listmate working properly and available whenever you need it. Still, occasional interruptions may happen. We are not responsible for data loss caused by misuse or factors beyond our control.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can also delete your account at any time in the app settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms when necessary. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
